Providing M&A advice represents the core of our services. For those of our clients that want to dispose of companies, assets, or divisions as part of a restructuring or divestment strategy, we will seek out potential purchasers such as strategic investors, wealthy individuals or venture capital houses.

Our work will normally include the planning of the process, production of the necessary deal information, business presentations, financial plans and proposals as well as the management of the due diligence process. The efficient and targeted project management and negotiation leadership form the basis of the success of the transactions which we advise on. We use success driven fees together with bonuses and/or equity kickers to closely align our interests with those of our clients.
